In-Person, Phone, or Virtual Services Available
I offer in-person counselling services at my office location in Campbell River, BC. I also offer counselling services virtually (online counselling through video-call), or over the phone to anyone in British Columbia. Virtual or phone sessions are a great option for people who prefer engaging in services from the safety of their own home, people with mobility struggles, or people without access to transportation. Virtual sessions are not recommended for young children.
Initial Consultation - Free
Individual Sessions - $70+gst or $140+gst

Initial consultations are 15 minutes and no cost to you. Every new client will need to schedule a consultation. Initial consultations help me learn what your goals are and how I can best support you. This consultation will also give me, and you, the opportunity to determine if we will be a good fit to work together. Not every counsellor-client relationship is a good fit, and that is okay. If you decide to continue your therapeutic journey elsewhere, I will support your decision and assist you in finding other resources if you need.
Individual Sessions - $70+gst or $140+gst

I offer counselling services to individuals ages 7+. Individual sessions are either 30 minutes and cost $70+gst or 60 minutes long and cost $140+gst. 30 minute sessions are recommended for younger children. Parents may accompany their younger children during initial sessions until children are comfortable to attend alone.
EMDR Therapy - $140+gst or $210+gst

EMDR Therapy - $140+gst or $210+gst
EMDR stands for eye movement desensitization and reprocessing. This therapeutic approach is mainly used in the treatment of trauma or PTSD, but it can also be beneficial for a variety of other mental health related struggles as well. EMDR sessions are 60 minutes and cost $140+gst and/or 90 minutes and cost $210+gst. If you are interested in EMDR therapy, or I believe you may benefit from EMDR, we will discuss this option in more detail during your initial counselling sessions.
