About Me

Qualifications and Certifications

I have a master's degree in counselling psychology (MACP), I am a registered clinical counsellor (RCC) with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors, and I am trained in EMDR therapy.

Treatment Focus

My treatment focus is mainly solution-focused and strengths-based. My goal is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths.

I promise to support you through every step of your therapeutic journey, and to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life. I will always provide a neutral and safe space to listen to your concerns with care, and together we will customize an individualized treatment plan for you.
